OK!... So this is one of my new new designs. I decided to build a setting for a stunning teardrop abalone shell. I then added a subtle touch by layering a spider web behind it, to bring them both together. And DAMN!
I think this piece really brings to light the depth of my jewelry-making lately. It's a fairly dainty but powerful pendant that has two centerpieces if you think about it. The moth itself is something I'm so proud of I almost didn't add a stone or anything else to it. BUT, I felt it needed just as much light and color to offset the darkness of the skull and the silver which I created a dark antique patina on.
